Medicinal Chemistry
as a field of study of research involves biology, physiology, pharmacology, and
chemistry. Basically an applied science, medicinal
chemistry focuses on the role of chemical components on clinically and
biologically active entities. It also deals with the application of chemical
components to treat various clinical, pathological and epidemiological challenges
that the human and animals encounter. Medicinal Chemistry
as a result deals with the tools, techniques and procedures related to clinical trial, drug
design, development, and drug delivery, toxic effects of the drugs on the
enzymes and molecules, drug reception, synthesis and the drug metabolism.
Clinical Pathological, Autophagy, Chloroquine, Breast cancer, Apoptosis
